CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Served in a multi-faceted leadership role to drive continuous growth (over 200% increase in net income) for a global data storage and power supply hardware public company. Delivered a new financial forecasting module, robust weekly dashboard report and SOX documentation and restructured the finance team reducing monthly close from a month to 7 business days.
Provided financial advisory and leadership to implement NetSuite ERP consolidated reports and facilitate financial audits & the sale of major business of a mid-sized private equity firm to generate $130M+ annual revenue post sale (of which 80% was SaaS ARR).
Drove a Plex ERP/EDI implementation for a $400M+ CPG food production firm upon an M&A activity, including overseeing system customizations and preparation of internal controls documentation to streamline processes in less than 6 months.
Executed a consulting project with E&Y for a large global SaaS firm with $1B+ in revenues on its IPO process (S1 drafting).
Performed accounting reviews/research and led SEC reporting for an M&A and post-M&A integration & IPO of a $100M global SaaS, healthcare & biotech firm, which resulted in the consolidation of 15+ entities and an increase of $40M+ (or 69%) in revenue.
Delivered financial leadership and direction to a 16-member global team and led the SEC filing process, the SOX process (less than 2 years) and the FP&A process at a landmark $50M global public apparel company to pay off $16M+ in debt and turn around the business from major losses to $1M+ in net profit.
Built a 12-member global team, established 3 years of financial reports on an accrual/US GAAP base and helped secure $15M+ in Series A funding by leading due diligence efforts for a OTT media/content distribution start-up. Also drove strategic planning and execution, SaaS KPIs/metrics, Working Capital & EBITDA optimization, and process improvements that reduced the monthly close process from ~1 month to 4 business days for Asian entities and 7 business days overall.
Led an Odoo ERP implementation to drive a go-live of the corporate accounting function for a D2C start-up baby bottle feeding, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing firm in less than 2 months, in addition to working with the CEO to raise $10M+ in capital and creating a robust KPIs/metrics and a financial planning and reporting framework.

I Participated in a major fundraising process and Odoo ERP project implementation. Also led forecasting/budgeting process for healthcare - biotech - manufacturing startup company who was launching its product and started to generate revenue. Also improved financial operations, payroll, and payments processes
I led Netsuite and Excel based complex consolidation projects for mid-sized SaaS International company (nearly 100 entities)
I supported complex equity/funding transactions process & IPO process (S1 drafting)
I led Plex ERP / EDI implementation project together with IT Director including customizations and preparation of Internal Control Documentation & risk assessment to streamline processes in a short period for a large CPG Food industry company
I reconciled WIP account for production company with over 40 TV productions.
I implemented migration to QuickBooks online and FATHOM financial reporting system, bookkeeping and US GAAP adjustments for a fashion company resulting in having improved financial planning capabilities and preparation for NetSuite ERP implementation.
I also led Asia accounting teams to report based on US GAAP and developed first time 3 years consolidated report for global company with complex accounting treatments. Those achievements resulted in a successful due diligence needed for Series A funding. I then implemented migration to QuickBooks online for Asian entities to allow consolidation using Fathom software.
Additionally, I led SEC filing preparations, processes, and feedback where necessary for 3 different companies including successful first year post IPO SEC filings in a dynamic, fast-paced and a growing company, resulting in timely submission of SEC filing, improved investors’ relations and issuance of convertible senior notes and having full compliance with SEC regulations.
I also managed and provided direction for all of the financial, accounting, and business planning activities for a staff of 4 accounting professionals in US and indirectly to over 10 accounting professionals in Asia, who through business planning defined multiple areas of cost saving that would improve the company’s bottom line by couple of hundred thousands dollars a year.

In addition, I reduced the closing cycle for the monthly close process by over a week by adding month-end monitoring controls including improved planning schedules, resulted in gaining faster insight into issues and allowing quicker resolution to problems such as sales information that is lower than sales projections, and being reported to financial institutions and potential investors.
I also oversaw and supervised the financial/business planning and forecasting with special emphasis on cash flow, product pricing, profit levels, financial ratios, and reporting for over 5 companies. I also developed and implemented new financial planning models/processes which provides for greater forecast accuracy and individual organizational input, responsibility and flexibility, resulting in a cost saving and focus on profitable areas and potentially faster growth.

In addition, I implemented and managed an ERP System (Enterprise Resource Planning), which generates product line cost/variance information. Ensured appropriate controls are incorporated in the development of the new system and provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training and support to 30 end users, resulting in having the capability to locate profitable products with growing opportunities and as a result to discontinue and/or send to melt process non profitable products, so their raw material could be used for profitable products.
Finally, I co-managed a large team (over 30 employees) in PWC, including preparation of work plan, staff development and employees evaluations. Led, prepared and presented courses for the office’s employees. Resulted in a meaningful reduction in audit time by up to couple of weeks and enabled a reduction in audit fees to the clients by up to over hundred thousand dollars.
